Owner’s Cooperation. Owner shall provide Distribution Company with notice of any FERC or NERC regulatory proceedings relating to the NECEC Transmission Line or this Agreement to which Owner is a party promptly after Owner becomes aware of any such proceedings. Each Party will act in good faith regarding any such proceedings. Neither Party shall take any position in such proceeding that is contrary to such Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
Owner’s Cooperation. Owner and/or Lessor hereby authorizes Broker to place a marketing sign on said property/premises and remove all other “For Sale” and/or “For Lease” signs. Further, Owner and/or Lessor authorizes Broker and all salespersons authorized by listing Broker to have access to the property/premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of showing it.
Owner’s Cooperation. Owner shall cooperate in all material respects to permit Contractor to perform its obligations hereunder and shall make reasonable efforts to supply to Contractor, in a timely manner, either directly or indirectly, requested material information and data that is known to Owner and that is required for the performance of the Work.
Owner’s Cooperation. Owner agrees to:
1. cooperate with Broker to facilitate the showing, marketing, and lease of the Property;

B. Not rent or lease the Property to anyone without Broker’s prior written approval;
C. Not negotiate with any prospective tenant who might contact Owner directly, but refer all prospective tenants to Broker;
D. Not deal with or negotiate with any tenant in the Property concerning any matter related to the management or leasing of the Property but refer all such dealings to Broker;
E. Not enter into a listing agreement or property management agreement with another broker for the rental, leasing or management of the Property to become effective during this agreement;
F. Provide Broker with copies of existing leases or rental agreements related to the Property;
G. Provide Broker with keys and access devices to the Property;
H. Provide Broker with copies of all warranties related to the Property or any item in the Property;
I. Tender to Broker any security deposits paid by any existing tenants in the Property;
J. Assume full responsibility for losses incurred due to non-negotiable checks or electronic payments received from tenants, including but not limited to deposits or payments that were reversed for any reason whatsoever;
K. Complete any disclosures or notices required by law for a lease of the Property;
L. Amend applicable notices and disclosures if any material changes occur during this agreement;
M. Provide Broker with a United States Federal Tax Identification Number. Federal law requires the collection of that info by the Broker, otherwise the Broker is obligated to withhold a Federally mandated percent of any rental payment due to Owner. Owner agrees to provide such information within thirty (30) days of any rental payments due to Owner. Owner further understands that any amounts withheld from the Owners’ proceeds will be forwarded to the Internal Revenue Service after the end of the year;
N. Notify Broker if Owner becomes delinquent in payment of (1) any mortgage or other encumbrances secured by the
Owner’s Cooperation. Owner agrees to:
A. cooperate with Manager to facilitate the showing, marketing, and lease of the Property;
B. not rent or lease the Property to anyone without Manager's prior written approval;
C. not negotiate with any prospective tenant who might contact Owner directly, but refer all prospective tenants to Manager;
D. not deal with or negotiate with any tenant in the Property concerning any matter related to the management or leasing of the Property but refer all such dealings to Manager;
E. not enter into a listing agreement or property management agreement with another broker for the rental, leasing, or management of the Property to become effective during this agreement;
F. provide Manager with copies of any existing leases or rental agreements related to the Property;
G. provide Manager with keys and access devices to the Property;
H. provide Manager with copies of all warranties related to the Property or any item in the Property; I. tender to Manager any security deposits paid by any existing tenants in the Property;
Owner’s Cooperation. As of the Effective Date, the Owner’s interest in the Property may be subject to one or more encumbrances and conditions recorded in the real property records of the Town of Stratford, Connecticut, as set forth in the Permitted Exceptions in Exhibit B attached hereto. Owner agrees that it will cooperate with the Grantee, at Xxxxxxx’s expense, in attempting to obtain any necessary consent, non-disturbance, or cooperation agreement from any and all other persons having an interest in the Property.
Owner’s Cooperation. The Owner agrees to render reasonable assistance and cooperation to the Manager in connection with the Manager's performance of its duties under this Agreement, and to take no action in contravention of this Agreement which will interfere with the performance by the Manager of such duties.
Owner’s Cooperation. (a) Without limiting the generality of Owner’s express obligations under Section 7.1.1 and Section 7.1.2, but subject to the limitations provided in Section 11.2(c), to the extent permitted by the FERC Authorization and ISO-NE Rules and consistent with Good Utility Practice, at Purchaser’s reasonable request, Owner shall cooperate with Purchaser and ISO-NE in order to permit Purchaser to realize the full reliability and economic benefits intended under this Agreement.
(b) Owner shall provide Purchaser with notice of any FERC regulatory proceedings to which Owner is a party promptly after Owner becomes aware of any such proceeding. Owner shall not take any position in such proceeding that is inconsistent with its obligations under this Agreement.
Owner’s Cooperation. Owner will fully and timely cooperate with Manager in connection with Manager's efforts to comply with the terms of this Agreement. During the Term and thereafter Owner will cause its Facility staff, finance, accounting and legal representatives to provide any support reasonably requested by Manager in the performance of Manager’s duties hereunder.
