Common use of Felony Case Clause in Contracts

Felony Case. A felony case is any appointment to represent a person charged with one or more crimes described by ORS 161.525, excluding capital murder and noncapital murder. It includes manslaughter and negligent homicide. A case is a felony case if it includes a felony charge at any time after defendant appears in circuit court, even if later reduced to a misdemeanor.
