Common use of Felony Criminal Convictions Clause in Contracts

Felony Criminal Convictions. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor has not and Contractor’s employees have not been convicted of a felony criminal offense, or that, if such a conviction has occurred, Contractor has fully advised the University as to the facts and circumstances surrounding the conviction.
