Common use of Fencing and Security Clause in Contracts

Fencing and Security. The Leased Land shall be adequately and properly fenced by the Lessee at his/her/it expense every respect. The Lessee shall make adequate arrangement for security and protection of the Leased Land including the Projectat its cost during the Term and any extensions thereof. The Lessee shall ensure that there are adequate number of watchmen to guard Leased Land on 24X7 basis. The Lessee shall also install CCTV Cameras wherever required or at places as directed by NRDA.
