Common use of Ferry Travel Clause in Contracts

Ferry Travel. The cost of travelling by ferry, including the cost of a reservation, is an Eligible Cost if that mode of transportation is cost effective and directly related to the Work. The cost of a ferry stateroom is not an Eligible Cost unless the use of a ferry stateroom is necessary for conduct of the Work, is used for overnight travel and has been pre-approved in writing by FII.
