Fertilizer Plant Steam Obligations. Fertilizer Company shall make available at a cost to Refinery Company as set forth in Exhibit B, solely for use at the Refinery, any High Pressure Steam produced by the Fertilizer Plant that is not required for the operation of the Fertilizer Plant, following reasonable notice from Refinery Company requesting such steam.
