The Agency shall present the following proof of insurance: Fidelity & Employee Dishonesty Insurance with a limit greater than or equal to the amount of any and all funds paid in advance. This insurance may be waived at the discretion of the County’s Risk Management Division if the Agency is a “state agency or subdivision” as defined by Section 768.28(2)
