Common use of Fidelity Clause in Contracts

Fidelity. Grantee and/or subcontractor(s) will work with an approved MST licensing entity to participate in ongoing training, supervision, and technical assistance required to maintain MST credentialing and to better ensure fidelity to the MST model. To maintain licensing, MST service providers are required to participate in internal quality assurance monitoring and undertake continuous quality improvement activities in collaboration with their MST licensing provider.
