Common use of Fidelity Clause in Contracts

Fidelity. On the Effective Date, Fidelity insurance providing coverage for employee dishonesty including theft, computer funds transfer fraud, alteration and forgery insuring loss of money, securities or other property resulting from any fraudulent or dishonest act committed by Operator’s or any of its Affiliates’ employees, whether acting alone or in collusion with others in an amount not less than $10,000,000 and a deductible not greater than $25,000 each loss.

On or prior to the Effective Substantial Completion Date, Fidelity insurance providing coverage for employee dishonesty including theft, computer funds transfer fraud, alteration and forgery insuring loss of money, securities or other property resulting from any fraudulent or dishonest act committed by Operatorthe Manager’s or any of its Affiliates’ employees, whether acting alone or in collusion with others in an amount not less than $10,000,000 and a deductible not greater than $25,000 each loss.
