FIELD CONDUCT. Each manager will be responsible for the actions of his/her players and coaches. There will be no fighting before, during or after any game. Any manager, coach or player ejected from a game will sit out the remainder of that game, plus the next played game, regardless of whether it is a league, inter-league, or post-season game. Any manager, coach or spectator that is ejected from a game must leave the field and ballpark immediately. Any player that is ejected from a game must sit with the official scorekeeper until the game is concluded or until removed from the premises by a parent or guardian. Any manager or coach that is ejected for the second time will sit out the rest of the current game and will be suspended until the Inter-League Committee can meet with that person to review the infractions, which will be within seventy-two hours. Any player that is ejected for the second time will sit out the rest of the current game and will be suspended until the Player Agent for his/her league can meet with the player’s parents to review the infractions, which will be within seventy-two hours. The use of tobacco in any form is prohibited. Sunflower seeds and gum are not permitted in the dugouts. Only water or sports drinks in plastic containers are permitted in the dugout -- no food. The use of alcohol before or during the game is prohibited at all times on any field or any parking lot to the field. No manager, coach or player shall at any time, whether from the bench or playing field or elsewhere, use language which will in any manner reflect upon opposing players, coaches, an umpire or spectators. No manager, coach or player shall at any time, whether from the bench or playing field or elsewhere, incite or try to incite by word or sign a demonstration by spectators. No baseballs will be hit into any fencing It is the intent of this Agreement to clarify and guide. However, the Inter-League Committee shall have complete authority to modify this Agreement whenever necessary, in accordance with District guidelines and Little League Baseball, Inc. It is understood that the purpose of our Inter-League schedule is to provide a competitive, yet sportsmanlike and wholesome baseball environment for all participants.   • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020. Since its inception, Merger Sub has not engaged in any activity, other than such actions in connection with (a) its organization and (b) the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transactions. Merger Sub has no operations, has not generated any revenues and has no assets or liabilities other than those incurred in connection with the foregoing and in association with the Merger as provided in this Agreement.

  • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • Prohibited Conduct In providing the services described in this agreement, the Sub-Advisor will not consult with any other investment advisory firm that provides investment advisory services to any investment company sponsored by Principal Life Insurance Company regarding transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets.

  • Ethical Conduct Seller's employees shall comply with the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct articulated within the BorgWarner Supplier Manual. Compliance with these standards is a mandatory component of Buyer's purchase contracts worldwide and must also apply to Seller subcontractors. Both, the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual are incorporated by reference as part of the Purchase Order, are binding on the Seller, and Seller explicitly verifies to have read and accepted the BorgWarner Supplier Code of Conduct and the BorgWarner Supplier Manual.

  • RESEARCH MISCONDUCT If this Agreement involves basic, applied, or demonstration research in a field of science, medicine, engineering, or mathematics, including but not limited to, research in economics, education, linguistics, medicine, psychology, social sciences, statistics, and research involving human subject or animals, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 952.235-71 Research Misconduct (July 2005).

  • EXHIBITOR CONDUCT Rod Shows reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any Vendor/Exhibitor, their employees or guests, performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Rod Shows is objectionable or detracts from the dignity and integrity of the event. No vulgar language or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated on the event site. Vendors/Exhibitors removed will not be eligible for a refund of their space costs. EXHIBITOR STAFFING Your booth must be staffed at all times during show hours. Rod Shows does not supply labor or materials for exhibitor. Rod Shows does not allow exhibitor personnel to work in inappropriate or suggestive attire as deemed so by them. Swimwear, thongs, mini shorts, or bikinis are not allowed. Celebrity and poster girl signings in Vendor booths must be pre-approved by Xxx Xxxxx. No vulgar products and/or services shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated (this includes undergarments). Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for any and all damage to property caused by their staff, personnel, or any of their representatives while on the event grounds. DEMONSTRATION AREA All demonstration areas must be within the exhibit space not to interfere with any normal pedestrian traffic in the isles or in the neighboring space. The distribution of literature or promotional items is limited to the Exhibit booth area assigned to Vendor. HOSPITALITY Vendors/Exhibitors are not permitted to Host or Sponsor any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. RESTRICTED ITEMS No Scooters, Hoverboards, Segways, Golf Carts, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or Animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or Service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. SOUND DEVICES No Sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum for demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made is not allowed. EXHIBITOR STORAGE AND FREIGHT Rod Shows assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to exhibitor must be received and signed for by the exhibitor. The event decorator can arrange to store, deliver, and ship your freight for a fee. All costs of these services are the responsibility of the Vendor/Exhibitor payable to the decorator. CLEANING Exhibitors must keep booth space clean and presentable to the public. Trash may be swept into aisles after show closing for removal by facility maintenance personnel.

  • Code of Conduct The rules, procedures and restrictions concerning the conduct of ISO Directors and employees contained in Attachment F to the ISO Open Access Transmission Tariff.

  • STUDENT CONDUCT Students are required to adhere to School District and College policies, procedures, and regulations regarding facilities and equipment usage and both School District and College codes of student conduct as well as the Alamo Colleges District Student Responsibility for Success Policy. All disciplinary action, including suspension and dismissal from the College, shall be in conformity with the Codes of student conduct of the Parties. All Students will be provided access to the Alamo Colleges District eCatalog, Student Code of Conduct, Student Handbook, and Title IX / Clery Act materials in the same manner as all other students enrolled in the College. For additional information on the College student conduct policies, please refer to the College’s Catalog at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/content.php?catoid=175&navoid=10909. In the event of a conflict between the policies of School District and College, the Parties will collaborate to resolve any conflict. The School District and the College will inform one another of complaints against a Student. The party which receives a complaint of non-academic misconduct may investigate the complaint and reach a decision on responsibility for violations of the applicable student code of conduct, but must notify the other party of sanctions before they are issued. Students who are in violation of policies and codes of conduct will, where appropriate, return to the School District’s high school, if any, and will not be allowed to return to any College facility. The Parties will cooperate fully with each other in any investigation involving student misconduct or conduct that threatens or potentially threatens the safety of others and the college campus. The Parties will cooperate fully with each other as necessary in all matters pertaining to complaints, grievances and appeals regarding student conduct issues. The definition of “cooperation” includes providing access to students or other persons who may be witnesses or persons with knowledge of relevant facts. Students may be sanctioned the same as other post-secondary College students and may be subject to exclusion from the College campus and College properties. The Alamo Colleges District board policy F.4.5 states that Students who violate federal or state statutes, the Student Code of Conduct, Alamo Colleges District policy, or other applicable requirements related to alcohol and drug use shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. Such disciplinary action may include referral to drug and alcohol counseling or rehabilitation programs or student assistance programs, suspension, expulsion, and referral to appropriate law enforcement officials for prosecution.
