Student Conduct definition

Student Conduct or “Student Code” means UH West O'ahu’s Student Code of Conduct.
Student Conduct. As a participant in approved study abroad, I am subject to state law via 1) the Evergreen Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities, and 2) the Evergreen Social Contract as a guide to behavior.
Student Conduct. The CAP program is an extracurricular program. Students in the program must follow school rules. They must be respectful of other students and adults. Students who engage in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may be dropped. Fees: A fee schedule is provided with the registration form. ▪ A $60 registration fee must be paid each time a student enrolls in the program. If you drop your child from the program and then want to re-enroll him/her later in the year, a $60 registration fee must be paid again. ▪ A snack is provided daily from 3:30-3:45 for an additional fee of $30 a month. Students may bring snacks from home. ▪ Walnut Canyon CAP is self-supporting and fees must be paid on time. ▪ Tuition fees are based on a level pay plan over the 9 months. ▪ Discount for siblings in the program. ▪ Discounts do not apply to snack fee or registration fee. ▪ Payments are due on the 1st day of each month in the CAP office. ▪ A $15.00 late fee per family will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month. ▪ Students will be dropped from the program after 31 days of non-payment. If you are having difficulties with making a payment, call the office by the 10th of the month so we can work with you. ▪ If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the office must receive cash or a money order in the amount of the check, plus a $20.00 service charge within five days of notification. Subsequent payments must be made in cash or money order. ▪ Late pick-up fees - $1.00 per minute is charged for late pickup. Students continually picked up late will be dropped from the CAP Program ▪ Families are given a 10-minute grace period after Periods 1, 2, and 3. PM Care starts at 5:25 pm. ▪ All students must be picked up NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. ▪ Email program account tech with questions about payments. Release of students: ▪ Each child must be signed out each day by an adult listed on the school or CAP registration form. In addition, sign-in is required for A.M. Care. This is a crucial safety measure, so please help us by following protocol. ▪ Students will be released only to parents or designated adults listed on the student’s emergency and registration forms. Please inform us in writing ahead of time if you need someone not listed to sign out your child. ▪ Remember to bring a picture identification card for first-time pick up. ▪ Parents picking a student up early must sign the student out in the CAP office.

Student Conduct. The student agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the facility and instructors of, and failure to act in accordance with the rules may result in expulsion from the facility and cancellation of membership. If enrolled in a comprehensive program, the scheduling of BTW lessons can commence following the conclusion of classroom sessions. Depending on the program purchased, BTW lessons can be scheduled either individually or in groups of two (2) students. Please note that BTW Lessons will only be scheduled once all the aforementioned criteria have been met. It's important to be aware that for BTW-only students, proof of completion of classroom driver’s education is also a prerequisite. BEHIND-THE-WHEEL POLICIES INSTRUCTION PERMIT: Students are required to have a valid driver's instruction permit and a photo ID in their possession whenever they are scheduled to operate an MDA vehicle. Failure to present the permit and photo ID will result in the cancellation of the lesson, accompanied by a rescheduling fee of $60. FOOTWEAR: During driving lessons, students are prohibited from wearing sandals or any open-toed shoes. Footwear must cover both the toes and heels of the student. The use of high heels is not permitted during driving lessons. Non-compliance with these footwear requirements will lead to lesson cancellation and an associated cancellation fee of $100.
