Student Conduct or “Student Code'' means UH West O'ahu’s Student Code of Conduct.

Examples of Student Conduct in a sentence

  • The School may withdraw a student involuntarily for failure to maintain eligibility, such as District residency requirements, or for material violation of the School's Student Conduct Code, which must also be compliant with IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) for student with disabilities.

  • The Department of Residential and Student Service Programs has been granted authority by the Center for Student Conduct to adjudicate violations of the Residential Conduct Policies as stated in The Residential Code of Conduct which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Sanctions may include but are not limited to administrative warnings, imposition of monetary sanctions, and referral to Student Conduct, up to and including administrative cancellation of this Agreement and imposition of applicable cancellation fees.

  • The University reserves the right to discipline students found to have violated the University Student Conduct Code, Standards, Policies and Procedures, which are inclusive of University rules and regulations as well as all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Resident is involved in any preponderant violation of a University or University Housing rule and/or the Student Conduct Code.

  • You must vacate the Housing Facility upon demand following a determination by the Office of Student Conduct or the Office of Residence Life that a violation of paragraph E above has occurred.

  • Student conduct and discipline is based on School Board rules, which adhere to Florida Law, Chapter 1006.07(2) F.S., Code of Student Conduct.

Student Conduct. The instructor retains the authority to cancel a lesson or dismiss a student from class if the student fails to adhere to our Behind-The-Wheel and classroom policies. This includes but is not limited to, instances where a student does not possess an Instruction Permit, fails to wear appropriate closed-toe footwear or exhibits misconduct or improper behavior. TEEN SCHEDULING BEHIND-THE-WHEEL (BTW) LESSONS: Students are eligible to commence their BTW Lessons once their program is fully paid for, and they have submitted completed copies of the Instruction Permit, School Approval Form, and this Agreement form to the MyDrive Academy office. If enrolled in a comprehensive program, the scheduling of BTW lessons can commence following the conclusion of classroom sessions. Depending on the program purchased, BTW lessons can be scheduled either individually or in groups of two (2) students. Please note that BTW Lessons will only be scheduled once all the aforementioned criteria have been met. It's important to be aware that for BTW-only students, proof of completion of classroom driver’s INSTRUCTION PERMIT: Students are required to have a valid driver's instruction permit and a photo ID in their possession whenever they are scheduled to operate an MDA vehicle. Student Conduct means the academic and non-academic behaviour of a Student while studying at a CPU.

  • Improper Conduct means conduct which offers any obstruction to the deliberations of proper action of Council.

  • Prohibited conduct means bullying or cyberbullying as defined in this policy or retaliation or reprisal for asserting, alleging, reporting, or providing information about such conduct or knowingly making a false report about bullying.

  • School-Sponsored Activity means any activity conducted on or off school property (including school buses and other school-related vehicles) that is sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board of Education.

  • Covered Conduct means any actual or alleged act, failure to act, negligence, statement, error, omission, breach of any duty, conduct, event, transaction, agreement, service, work, misstatement, misleading statement, or other activity of any kind whatsoever from the beginning of time through the Reference Date of this Agreement (and any past, present, or future consequence of any such act, failure to act, negligence, statement, error, omission, breach of duty, conduct, event, transaction, agreement, service, work, misstatement, misleading statement, or other activity) arising from or relating in any way to (a) the availability, discovery, research, development, manufacture, packaging, repackaging, marketing, promotion, advertising, labeling, relabeling, recall, withdrawal, distribution, delivery, monitoring, reporting, supply, sale, prescribing, dispensing, physical security, warehousing, use or abuse of, or operating procedures relating to, any Product, or any system, plan, policy, procedure, or advocacy relating to any Product or class of Products, including, but not limited to, any unbranded or branded promotion, marketing, or advertising, unbranded information, patient support or assistance, educational programs, consultancy, research, or other programs, campaigns, lobbying, or grants, sponsorships, charitable donations, or other funding relating to any Product or class of Products; (b) the characteristics, properties, risks, or benefits of any Product or class of Products; (c) the monitoring, reporting, disclosure, non-monitoring, non-reporting, or non-disclosure to federal, state, or other regulators of orders for any Product or class of Products; (d) the selective breeding, harvesting, extracting, purifying, exporting, importing, applying for quota for, procuring quota for, handling, promoting, manufacturing, processing, packaging, supplying, distributing, converting, or selling of, or otherwise engaging in any activity relating to, a precursor or component of Product, including but not limited to natural, synthetic, semi-synthetic, or chemical raw materials, starting materials, finished active pharmaceutical ingredients, drug substances, or any related intermediate of Product; and/or (e) diversion control programs or suspicious order monitoring related to any Product. The foregoing is not intended to apply to claims alleging contamination of products.

  • Disabling Conduct shall have the meaning designated in Section 8.4 hereof.
