Field Examinations; etc. On or prior to the Effective Date, the Company shall have provided to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent a collateral examination of the Accounts and Inventory and related accounts, in each case, in scope, and from a third-party consultant, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, and the results of such collateral examination shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
