Common use of FIELD PERSONNEL ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

FIELD PERSONNEL ASSISTANCE. To assist Retailer in handling its responsibilities under this Agreement, MBUSA agrees to make available qualified field personnel who will, from time to time, advise and counsel Retailer on service-related subjects, including service policies, product and technical adjustments, repair and replacement of product components, client relations, warranty administration, service and parts merchandising, and personnel/management training.
