Common use of Field Representatives Clause in Contracts

Field Representatives. Buyer agrees to employ field representatives to perform certain services related to the Products to*** as long as they are customers of the Products. Such services shall include, without limitation, in-store support, Product knowledge classes, store aisle management (including Product rotation), sign installation, materials inspections, literature stocking and point of purchase display maintenance.
