FIFO Matching. If a Settlement Class Member has more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of Groupon common stock, all purchases/acquisitions and sales shall be matched on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Settlement Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Settlement Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Settlement Class Period.
FIFO Matching. If a Claimant made more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of Xxxxx River common stock during the Class Period, all purchases/acquisitions and sales will be matched on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Class Period and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Class Period.
FIFO Matching. If a Settlement Class Member made more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of any ZBH Security during the Settlement Class Period, all purchases/acquisitions and sales of the like security shall be matched on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. With respect to ZBH Common Stock and Call Options, Settlement Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Settlement Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Settlement Class Period. For ZBH Put Options, Settlement Class Period purchases will be matched first to close out positions open at the beginning of the Settlement Class Period, and then against ZBH Put Options sold (written) during the Settlement Class Period in chronological order.
FIFO Matching. All purchases/acquisitions and sales of Alere common stock in the Class Period shall be matched on a First-In-First-Out (“FIFO”) basis. Sales of Alere common stock between May 9, 2013 and March 6, 2017 and holdings as of the close of trading on March 6, 2017 will be matched first against any holdings of Alere common stock at the beginning of the Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Class Period.
FIFO Matching. For Settlement Class Members who held Cerence stock at the beginning of the Class Period or made multiple purchases, acquisitions or sales during the Class Period, the First-In, First-Out (“FIFO”) method will be applied to such holdings, purchases, acquisitions and sales for purposes of calculating a claim. Under the FIFO method, sales of Cerence stock during the Class Period will be matched, in chronological order, first against any Cerence stock held at the beginning of the Class Period. The remaining sales of Cerence stock during the Class Period will then be matched, in chronological order, against Cerence stock purchased or acquired during the Class Period.
FIFO Matching. If a Class Member made more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of HeartWare common stock during the Class Period, all purchases/acquisitions and sales will be matched on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Class Period.
FIFO Matching. If a Class Member made more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of Vale ADRs during the Class Period, all purchases/acquisitions and sales will be matched with like security on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Class Period.
FIFO Matching. If a Federal Class Member had any sales of Towers common stock during the period from October 2, 2015 through the close of trading on January 4, 2016, the number of Federal Eligible Shares shall be determined on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Specifically, any sales of Towers common stock from October 2, 2015 through the close of trading on January 4, 2016 will be matched first against holdings of Towers common stock on October 1, 2015, and then against purchases/acquisitions during the period from October 2, 2015 through January 4, 2016, in chronological order.
FIFO Matching. If a Settlement Class Member has more than one purchase/acquisition or sale of HyreCar common stock, all purchases/acquisitions and sales shall be matched on a First In, First Out (“FIFO”) basis. Settlement Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings at the beginning of the Settlement Class Period, and then against purchases/acquisitions in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase/acquisition made during the Settlement Class Period.

Class Period sales will be matched first against any holdings of Spectrum Brands common stock at the beginning of the Class Period, and then against purchases in chronological order, beginning with the earliest purchase made during the Class Period.11
