FILING OF REPRESENTATIVE DOCUMENTS. 6.1. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall have, in its capacity as the guardian thereof, the possession of all documents associated with the CENTRALIZER ACCOUNT, including bank statements and account balance breakdowns, and documents signed with the DEPOSITARY BANK in view of opening and operating the CENTRALIZER ACCOUNT.
