(a) The Company, at its sole cost and expense, will cause the FAA Filed Documents with respect to the Pledged Spare Parts, the Financing Statements with respect to the Pledged Spare Parts, and all continuation statements (and any amendments necessitated by any combination, consolidation or merger of the Company, any conveyance, transfer or lease of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company, or any change of the Company’s location) in respect of such Financing Statements, to be prepared and duly and timely filed and recorded, or filed for recordation, to the extent permitted under the Act (with respect to such FAA Filed Documents) or the UCC. (a) The Borrower, at its sole cost and expense, will cause the FAA Filed Documents with respect to each Airframe and Engine and Financing Statements with respect to each Airframe and Engine, and all continuation statements (and any amendments necessitated by any combination, consolidation or merger of the Borrower, or any change in its corporate name or its location (as such term is used in Section 9-307 of the UCC) in respect of such Financing Statements), to be prepared and duly and timely filed and recorded, or filed for recordation, to the extent permitted under the Act (with respect to the FAA Filed Documents) or the UCC or similar law of any other applicable jurisdiction (with respect to such other documents).

(a) The Grantor, at its sole cost and expense, will cause the FAA Filed Documents with respect to each Engine and Financing Statements with respect to each Engine, and all continuation statements (and any amendments necessitated by any combination, consolidation or merger of the Grantor, or any change in its corporate name or its location (as such term is used in Section 9-307 of the U.C.C.) in respect of such Financing Statements), to be prepared and duly and timely filed and recorded, or filed for recordation, to the extent permitted under the Act (with respect to the FAA Filed Documents) or the U.C.C. or similar law of any other applicable jurisdiction (with respect to such other documents).
