Fill and Finish. For Licensed Vaccines used for Commercialization by BI under this Agreement, CureVac and BI shall discuss in good faith the filling and finishing of CureVac Licensed Vaccines by either CureVac, BI, a BI Affiliate or a Third Party contract manufacturer with respect to the costs and quality of such filling and finishing. In case of quality issues at CureVac or if the Parties cannot reach agreement on prices for the filling and finishing of CureVac Licensed Vaccines, CureVac shall grant to BI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to grant sub-licenses to Affiliates and to engage a Third Party contract manufacturer, under the CureVac Licensed Manufacturing Intellectual Property solely to the extent required for filling and finishing Licensed Vaccines intended for such Commercialization purposes.

Fill and Finish. The Parties will discuss and decide upon the use of a sub-contractor for fill and finish in the JSC in accordance with section 2.5.
Fill and Finish. 2.2.1 BKCB and the strategic pharmaceutical partner will be importing the Vaccine in bulk quantities. Upon arrival of the Vaccine at the KLIA airport, the Vaccine will be delivered to our Partners’ Facilities for bottling and Local labeling; 2.2.2 Our strategic partner, having the facilities of bottling will meet the NPRA requirement; 2.2.3 After the bottling and labeling is done, it will be delivered to end users; 2.2.4 To get NPRA approval, relevant test is required by MOH to compare the fill & finish product against original product from manufacturer/Generex. We will outsource this part of the work to local partner; 2.2.5 The company do not intend to conduct any independent research and further research at this stage except for any testing required by MOH. We will outsource this part of testing to our local partner; and 2.2.6 We will only be able to determine the capital outlay cost after the Vaccine cost is available.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
