Buyer Furnished Equipment definition

Buyer Furnished Equipment means the equipment which was to be furnished by Branxxx, Xxc. or, if applicable, Original Head Lessee and installed on the Aircraft pursuant to Clause 18 of the Purchase Agreement, and any similar equipment furnished to Lessee.

Buyer Furnished Equipment means the buyer furnished equipment supplied by or on behalf of the Assignor in respect of the Aircraft on or prior to the Delivery Date pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, but excluding the lower deck modular crew rest;

Buyer Furnished Equipment has the meaning set out in Clause 18.1.

• An estimate of the total price for items of Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) changed to Seller Purchased Equipment (SPE) pursuant to the Detail Specification is included in the Option Aircraft price build-up.

Buyer Furnished Equipment has the meaning set out in Clause 18.1.1.
