Film Crews. Tenant shall provide Landlord with at least 24 hours advance written notice of any scheduled visits to and/or work within, on or about Science Park by any film crew, whether in connection with a documentary or dramatic production, interviews, research, promotion, advertising, news coverage or otherwise.
