Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
Certificate Account; Security Distributions On or before the issuance of the Lower Tier Classes, Xxxxxx Xxx shall either (i) open with an Eligible Depository one or more trust accounts in the name of the Trustee of the Lower Tier REMIC that shall collectively be the “Certificate Account,” (ii) in lieu of maintaining any such account or accounts, maintain the Certificate Account by means of appropriate entries on its books and records designating all amounts credited thereto in respect of the Mortgage Securities and all investments of any such amounts as being held by it in its capacity as Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Lower Tier Classes or (iii) maintain the Certificate Account in the form of any combination of accounts or book entries described in clauses (i) and (ii) above. Any manner or manners in which the Certificate Account is maintained may at any time be changed without notice to, or the approval of, Holders of the Lower Tier Classes so long as funds held in the Lower Tier REMIC by, or for the account of, the Trustee shall at all times be identified. To the extent that the Certificate Account is maintained by the Trustee in the manner provided for in clause (ii) above, all references herein to deposits and withdrawals from the Certificate Account shall be deemed to refer to credits and debits to the related books of the Trustee. Xxxxxx Mae shall deposit in the Certificate Account all Security Distributions received by it as Trustee hereunder. All Security Distributions deposited from time to time in the Certificate Account, all investments made with such moneys, including all income or other gain from such investments, shall be held by the Trustee in the Certificate Account as part of the Lower Tier REMIC as herein provided, subject to withdrawal by Xxxxxx Xxx for the purposes set forth in Section 4.05.
Outstanding Notes The Notes outstanding at any time are all the Notes authenticated by the Trustee except for those canceled by it, those delivered to it for cancellation, those reductions in the interest in a Global Note effected by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions hereof, and those described in this Section 2.08 as not outstanding. Except as set forth in Section 2.09 hereof, a Note does not cease to be outstanding because the Company or an Affiliate of the Company holds the Note; however, Notes held by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company shall not be deemed to be outstanding for purposes of Section 3.07(a) hereof. If a Note is replaced pursuant to Section 2.07 hereof, it ceases to be outstanding unless the Trustee receives proof satisfactory to it that the replaced Note is held by a protected purchaser. If the principal amount of any Note is considered paid under Section 4.01 hereof, it ceases to be outstanding and interest on it ceases to accrue. If the Paying Agent (other than the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate of any thereof) holds, on a redemption date or maturity date, money sufficient to pay Notes payable on that date, then on and after that date such Notes will be deemed to be no longer outstanding and will cease to accrue interest.
Classes of Trust Fund Certificates The Trust Fund Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes listed on the cover of the Prospectus Supplement (other than the Class 46-RL Certificate), which Classes shall have the Class designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement.
Finance Charge Each Receivable provides for the payment of a finance charge or shall yield interest calculated on the basis of an APR ranging from 0.50% to 22.05%.
Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).
Digital Certificates The iOS Software contains functionality that allows it to accept digital certificates either issued from Apple or from third parties. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON A CERTIFICATE WHETHER ISSUED BY APPLE OR A THIRD PARTY. YOUR USE OF DIGITAL CERTIFICATES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO DIGITAL CERTIFICATES.
Covering Classes Employees shall not be required to substitute for absent employees. Where substitutes cannot be obtained for an absent employee, temporary coverage will be worked out mutually by the principal and the affected employee. The principal shall establish a list of volunteers and shall rotate requests for coverage among those who volunteer. Where said lists have not been established, teachers shall not be subject to disciplinary action for refusal to cover classes. Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by covering the class of an absent employee when no substitute is available shall have their hourly rate increase by twenty-five ($25) dollars during the period spent covering a class (rounded to the nearest half hour). Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by accepting a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee in order to cover a class when no substitute is available shall have their daily rate increased by twenty- five ($25) dollars on those days when they accept a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee. Classes will be proportioned as equally as possible. In elementary schools where sufficient volunteers are available, classes shall be divided equally among at least four (4) employees. When volunteers substitute by covering other classes, they are responsible to provide adequate planning for their own classes for the following school day.
