FINAL-ADVANCE CONDITIONS. Atlantic's obligation to advance any of the Loan proceeds to a Borrower for the Final Advance for the Improvements comprising a Project is conditioned upon the following and, if requested by Atlantic, receipt by Atlantic of evidence reasonably satisfactory to Atlantic that such conditions have been satisfied:
