Other Permits. The Seller and Purchaser shall work together on acquiring other necessary permits (such as wetland or stream crossing permits).

Except as set forth in Schedule "I", neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the consummation thereof will violate any of the terms of any of the permits, licenses, approvals and authorities held by Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries or cause the termination or cancellation of any of the permits, licenses, approvals and authorities held by Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries. None of Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries, the Sullivans nor the Xxxxxxxx Trusts has received official notice that Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries is in violation of any law, regulation, ordinance or rule applicable to them or their operations.

None of Chem-Met, the Sullivans nor the Xxxxxxxx Trusts has received official notice that Chem-Met is in violation of any law, regulation, ordinance or rule applicable to them or their operations.
Other Permits. Any permit application, or request for certification or modification, which may affect the Property, made to any governmental entity with authority over Waters of the United States or Waters of the State, must expressly reference and include a copy, with the recording stamp, of the terms of this Notice.
