Final Agreement; Modification. This Agreement (including the Senior ----------------------------- Housing Rider attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof), together with the other Loan Documents, represents the entire agreement among Borrower, Guarantor and Lender and supersedes all prior agreements among the parties with respect to the Loan.
