No Weapons. Household shall not display, use, or possess any firearms (operable or inoperable) or any other offensive weapon (as defined by the laws and courts of the State of Connecticut), in the Unit or in the Development, without HACH’s prior written permission.

No Illegal Substances Illegal substances are not permitted within any Community. Any evidence of the use, distribution or possession of illegal substances will be reported to the police and may result in the termination of your Tenancy Agreement. We reserve the right to remove and dispose of any illegal substances or substances thought to be illegal. Any guests found to be in possession of illegal substances will be required to leave the Community and may be denied access to all Communities in the future. No Pets Pets are not allowed in any Community.
