Common use of Final Approval Hearing Clause in Contracts

Final Approval Hearing. 2 The Parties shall request that the Court, on the date set forth in the Preliminary 3 Approval Order or on such other date that the Court may set (but not earlier than 150 4 days from the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order), conduct a Final Approval 5 Hearing to: (a) determine whether to grant Final Approval to this Agreement; and

Final Approval Hearing. 2 The Parties shall request that the Court, on the date set forth in the Preliminary Approval 3 Approval Order Order, or on such other date that the Court may set (but not earlier than 150 4 days from the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order)set, conduct a Final Approval 5 Hearing to: (a) determine whether to grant Final Approval to this Agreement; and:

Final Approval Hearing. 2 The Parties shall jointly request that the Court, on the date set forth in the Preliminary 3 Approval Order or on such other date that the Court may set (but not earlier than 150 4 hold a Final Approval Hearing 180 days from the date of after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order), conduct a Final Approval 5 Hearing to: (a) determine whether to grant Final Approval to this Agreement; andOrder or as soon thereafter the Court is available.

Final Approval Hearing. 2 11 The Parties shall request that the Court, on the date set forth in the Preliminary 3 12 Approval Order or on such other date that the Court may set (but not earlier than 150 4 13 days from the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order), conduct a Final Approval 5 14 Hearing to: (a) determine whether to grant Final Approval to this Agreement; andand (b) 15 consider any timely objections to this settlement and the Parties’ responses to such

Final Approval Hearing. 2 The Parties shall request that the Court, on the date set forth in the Preliminary 3 Approval Order or on such other date that the Court may set (but not earlier than 150 4 one hundred and five (105) days from the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order), conduct a Final Approval 5 Hearing to: (a) determine whether to grant Final Approval final approval to this Settlement Agreement; and(b) consider any timely objections to this Settlement and the Parties’ responses to such objections;
