Final Certificate. Within fifteen days of the contractor's application made after the expiry of the period of defect liability provided for in clause 1.26.0 here of and satisfaction of all liabilities of the contractor in respect there of the Engineer-in-charge that the contractor has performed his obligations in respect of the defect liability period and until issue of such final certificate, the contractor shall be deemed not to have performed such liabilities not withstanding issue of the completion certificate or payment of the final bill by NFL.
