Final Credit for Deposits. All deposits are subject to proof and verification. If you deposit a check, draft or other non-cash item, we have the right to clear it before we make the money available to you subject to applicable federal law and regulations. If there are special fees for collecting your deposit, you promise to pay them (see the Fee Schedule for a list of fees). We may deduct them directly from the account into which the deposit was made.
