Final Credit for Deposits. All deposits are subject to proof and verification. If you deposit a check, draft or other non-cash item, we have the right to clear it before we make the money available to you subject to applicable federal law and regulations. If there are special fees for collecting your deposit, you promise to pay them (see the Fee Schedule for a list of fees). We may deduct them directly from the account into which the deposit was made. If we feel there is a reason, we may refuse, limit or return any deposit. We have the right to refuse to accept any deposit. We specifically reserve the right to refuse to accept checks for any purpose that have more than one endorsement; However, we generally will not refuse to accept such a deposit if all of the endorsers are original payees on the check and all are owners of the account into which the deposit is being made. We reserve the right not to pay dividends on amounts subject to garnishment, levy or other legal process; and we reserve the right not to pay dividends on the amount of any deposited item that is returned to us unpaid by the financial institution on which it is drawn (even if that means a reversal of credited dividends).

  • Total Credit Award GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Taxpayer a California Competes Tax Credit ("CCTC") in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) (“Credit”). Specifically, Taxpayer is receiving a CCTC against the “net tax” as defined in RTC section 17039, or the “tax” as defined in RTC section 23036, as applicable, pursuant to RTC section 17059.2 or 23689, as applicable.

  • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.
