Common use of Final Data File Clause in Contracts

Final Data File. On the day that is 98 Business Days after the Closing, the Insurer will deliver to the Company an updated data file in a form consistent with the Base File which new file will include all corrections to the data in the Interim Post-Closing Data File identified by the Insurer as of the Final Data Cut-Off Date and reflecting any other changes agreed between the Insurer and the Company (the “Final Data File”.
