Common use of Final Exam Clause in Contracts

Final Exam. You have 1 attempt to pass the final exam. If you should FAIL THE FINAL EXAM, the first failed exam will be reset at no cost to you. If you should FAIL THE SUBSEQUENT FINAL EXAM, as per TREC guidelines, the entire course will need to be repeated. If you do not retest within 90 days from the date you completed the course, the entire course will need to be repeated.
