Common use of Final Inspection and Approval of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Final Inspection and Approval of Improvements. The Owner shall notify the County when it believes any improvements have been fully and properly completed and shall request final inspection, approval, and acceptance of the improvements by the County. Upon approval the County shall give its written acceptance of the improvements.
