Final Pay Period. The number of days, weeks, or months making up the pay period that shall be used to define the Employee’s severance pay when the Employer terminates this agreement early should be documented. IV. Pay (20) Payment. The dollar amount that will be paid to the Employee for this position must be presented in written and numerical form.
