Common use of Final Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Final Progress Report. Final scheduled payment is due during the time period set forth in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule). The deadline for submission of the final report shall be the date set forth in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule). The State Agency shall complete its audit and notify the Contractor of the results no later than the date set forth in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule). Payment shall be adjusted by the State Agency to reflect only those services/expenditures that were made in accordance with the Master Contract. The Contractor shall submit a detailed comprehensive final progress report not later than the date set forth in Attachment D (Payment and Reporting Schedule), summarizing the work performed during the entire Contract Term (i.e., a cumulative report), in the forms and formats required.
