Final Research Report. The Administering Institution must ensure that the Affiliated Doctoral Student provides CFGR with a written Final Research Report, in a form and substance satisfactory to CFGR and its review mechanisms, by September 30th XX which shall include a description of the Project developments, outcomes, and results obtained.

Final Research Report. Research Report will be expected to cover the whole project and should: • Provide a brief, no more than two page non-technical Executive Summary including advice on what stakeholders would benefit from reading the report, what they should know as a result and what the implication of the new knowledge may be for them. • Provide an introduction outlining the purpose and scope of the project and the expected outcomes in the context of the project objectives • Describe the work carried out including the methodology adopted, the results or outcome and any dissemination or discussion with stakeholders • Provide conclusions relating to the project objectives and a summary of the potential impact/implications for regulation and/or policy • Be a standalone document with no cross referencing back to earlier progress or interim reports • Refer to Information Reports generated within the project if this is appropriate and does not compromising the requirement to be standalone A 200 - 400 word summary suitable for publicising the results of the work in journals, newsletters, annual reports or web sites should be provided with the Final Research Report as a separate document. Final Research Reports must not contain any proposed text for a revision to an Approved Document or supporting guidance, including draft/initial Impact Assessments. Such material should be provided in a separate Policy Implications Report as this will typically need to be published separately. A final research report will be the last deliverable for every project. It may be brief if the project has largely provided representation and advice or generated other deliverables for publications (e.g. information papers or policy implication reports).

Final Research Report. With respect to the Research Program for each Shire Target, no later than [***] days after completion of Sangamo’s Services and all Operational Activities contemplated at such time under such Research Program in accordance with the Research Plan, Sangamo shall prepare and submit to Shire a final written report summarizing all activities undertaken and all accomplishments achieved in connection with such Research Program in a format set forth in the Research Plan (each, a “Final Research Report”). Each Final Research Report shall contain a complete and accurate description of the results and conclusions of the Services under the applicable Research Plan, including (i) a list of all [***] set forth in the applicable Research Plan or any amendment thereto, including [***] that have [***] with more than [***], (iii) a summary of all [***] under such Research Program, in hard copy and electronic format, including relevant [***], (iv) [***] and (v) written updates to Schedule 1.74 as necessary based on applicable [***] or [***]. The contents of each Interim Research Report and Final Research Report shall be considered Confidential Information of both Parties until Development Candidate Selection by Shire, and will be considered Confidential Information of Shire following such Development Candidate Selection by Shire, and in each case shall be subject to the rights and obligations of the Parties under Article 12. If the amount of time requested by Shire with respect to assistance and preparation of the Interim Research Reports and Final Research Reports exceeds maximum number of hours Sangamo is obligated to spend on such activity under the applicable Research Plan, then Shire shall reimburse Sangamo’s FTE costs (at the FTE Rate) and external costs of such assistance (with no xxxx-up thereon).
Final Research Report. The Institution shall submit to the Grantor or the Appointee a final report (“Final Research Report”) no later than one (1) month from the end of the Term. The Final Research Report shall contain, among other things, a complete list of the Assets. The Grantor or the Appointee may review the outcomes against the objective(s) of the Research as stated in the Grant Agreement. The Institution will be contacted for further information if the Final Research Report is deemed inadequate or unsatisfactory and shall provide all further information as is reasonably requested by the Grantor or the Appointee.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.

  • File Search Reports File search reports have been obtained from each Uniform Commercial Code filing office identified with respect to such Grantor in Section 2 hereof, and such search reports reflect no liens against any of the Collateral other than those permitted under the Credit Agreement.
