FINALITY - CANADA AND SASKATCHEWAN. (a) Canada, Saskatchewan and the Band agree that the financial and other contributions to be made by Saskatchewan pursuant to this Agreement are a means by which Saskatchewan shall fulfil its obligations under paragraph 10 of the Natural Resources Transfer Agreement with respect to the Treaty land entitlement of the Band.
