Common use of Finality of Grades Clause in Contracts

Finality of Grades. The grade of a student in any given class is determined by the teacher hired by the District to teach that course content and/or grade level or the IEP or 504 team. If a teacher is asked to make a grade change by a District employee, or if a grade is changed by someone other than the teacher of the course, the District employee asking for the change and/or making the change will notify the teacher in writing.
