Finance and Accounting Working Group. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to achieve the finance and accounting objectives contemplated herein in a timely, accurate and responsive manner. The Parties shall establish a finance and accounting working group to manage financial and accounting affairs related to the Products, which, for at least the first twelve (12) months after the Effective Date, shall meet monthly unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
