Stamp Duties, etc. Evidence that all stamp, registration and similar taxes and other fees payable in connection with the Finance Documents have been paid.
Stamp Duties, etc. The Parent will on demand indemnify each Finance Party from and against any liability for any stamp, documentary, filing and other duties and Taxes (if any) which are or may become payable in connection with any Senior Finance Document.

The Issuer (failing whom the Guarantors) will also indemnify the Trustee and the Noteholders from and against all stamp, issue, registration, documentary or other taxes paid by any of them in any jurisdiction in relation to which the liability to pay arises directly as a result of any action taken by or on behalf of the Trustee or, as the case may be, (where entitled under Condition 15 to do so) the Noteholders to enforce the obligations of the Issuer and the Guarantors under this Trust Deed, the Paying and Transfer Agency Agreement or the Notes.
Stamp Duties, etc. Pay in full when due (or obtain an appropriate exemption therefrom) all required stamp duties, registration fees, filing costs and other charges in connection with the execution, delivery, filing, recording, perfection, priority or admissibility in evidence of the Transaction Documents (and the security interests purported to be granted thereby) required to be paid from time to time.
Stamp Duties, etc. The Issuer or, failing whom, the Guarantor will pay all stamp duties, registration taxes, capital duties and other similar duties or taxes (if any) payable in the United Kingdom, the United States, Belgium and Luxembourg on (a) the constitution and issue of the Notes, (b) the initial delivery of the Notes, (c) any action properly taken by the Trustee (or any Noteholder where permitted or required under this Trust Deed so to do) to enforce the provisions of the Notes or this Trust Deed and (d) the execution of this Trust Deed. If the Trustee (or any Noteholder where permitted under this Trust Deed so to do) properly takes any proceedings against the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) in any other jurisdiction and if for the purpose of any such proceedings this Trust Deed or any Note is taken into any such jurisdiction and any stamp duties or other duties or taxes become payable thereon in any such jurisdiction, the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) will pay (or reimburse the person making payment of) such stamp duties or other duties or taxes (including penalties).

Stamp Duties, etc. 7.5 Each Obligor shall pay all stamp, registration and other taxes to which this Supplemental Agreement, any other document referred to in this Supplemental Agreement or any judgement given in connection with this Supplemental Agreement is or at any time may be subject and shall, from time to time on demand of the Agent, indemnify the Beneficiaries against any liabilities, costs, claims and expenses resulting from any failure to pay or any delay in paying any such tax.
