Common use of Finance Parties to provide information Clause in Contracts

Finance Parties to provide information. The other Finance Parties shall provide the Agent with such written information as it may reasonably require for the purposes of carrying out its duties and obligations under the Security Documents and, in particular, with such necessary directions in writing so as to enable the Agent to make the calculations and applications contemplated by clause 34.18 (Order of application) above and to apply amounts received under, and the proceeds of realisation of, the Security Documents as contemplated by the Security Documents, clause 37.5 (Partial payments) and clause 34.18 (Order of application).

Finance Parties to provide information. The other Finance Parties shall provide the Security Agent with such written information as it may reasonably require for the purposes of carrying out its duties and obligations under the Transaction Security Documents and, in particular, with such necessary directions in writing so as to enable the Security Agent to make the calculations and applications contemplated by clause 34.18 27.22 (Order of application) above and to apply amounts received under, and the proceeds of realisation of, the relevant Transaction Security Documents as contemplated by the such Transaction Security Documents, clause 37.5 30.5 (Partial payments) and clause 34.18 27.22 (Order of application).

The other Finance Parties shall provide the Security Agent with such written information as it may reasonably require for the purposes of carrying out its duties and obligations under the Security Documents and, in particular, with such necessary directions in writing so as to enable the Security Agent to make the calculations and applications contemplated by clause 34.18 30.21 (Order of application) above and to apply amounts received under, and the proceeds of realisation of, the Security Documents as contemplated by the Security Documents, clause 37.5 33.5 (Partial payments) and clause 34.18 30.21 (Order of application).

The other Finance Parties shall provide the Security Agent with such written information as it may reasonably require for the purposes of carrying out its duties and obligations under the Security Documents and, in particular, with such necessary directions in writing so as to enable the Security Agent to make the calculations and applications contemplated by clause 34.18 37.23 (Order of application) above and to apply amounts received under, and the proceeds of realisation of, the Security Documents as contemplated by the Security Documents, clause 37.5 40.6 (Partial payments) and clause 34.18 37.23 (Order of application).
