Financial Accounting and Reporting. The Charter School shall timely submit to the Sponsor and DESE all accounting and reporting in accordance with the Monitoring Plan. 4.8.1 The Charter School shall adhere to practices that are consistent with the Missouri financial accounting manual. 4.8.2 All required Charter School accounting and reports shall be submitted to the Sponsor in a format compatible with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”). 4.8.3 The Charter School shall submit to DESE an Annual Secretary of the Board report (“ASBR”) on or before August 15.
