Common use of Financial Advisor Fees Clause in Contracts

Financial Advisor Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of the Selling Shareholders, Fremont, or Ridgepointe who might be entitled to any fee or commission from Amerac or any of its affiliates upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

Financial Advisor Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other agent or intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of the Selling Shareholders, Fremont, or Ridgepointe Pension Benefit and/or Sellers who might be entitled to any fee or commission from Amerac or any of its affiliates Buyer upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated in by this Agreement.
