Common use of Financial and Economic Data Clause in Contracts

Financial and Economic Data. The Recipient shall furnish to the Administrator all such information as the Administrator shall reasonably request with respect to the financial and economic conditions of the Palestinian Authority including its balance of payments and its external debt as well as that of its political or administrative subdivisions and any entity owned or controlled by, or operating for the account or benefit of the Recipient or the Palestinian Authority, or any such subdivision, and any institution performing the functions of a central bank or exchange stabilization fund, or similar functions, in the West Bank and Gaza.
