Common use of Financial and Economic Data Clause in Contracts

Financial and Economic Data. The Borrower shall furnish to the Trustee all such information as the Trustee shall reasonably request with respect to its financial and economic conditions in its territory including its balance of payments and its external debt as well as that of its political or administrative subdivisions and any entity owned or controlled by, or operating for the account or benefit of the Borrower or any such subdivision, and any institution performing the functions of a central bank or exchange stabilization fund, or similar functions, for the Borrower.
