Common use of Financial Commitment Clause in Contracts

Financial Commitment. 4.1. The cost associated with the representative season $850 MUST be paid with the signing of this agreement. 4.2. If for any reason a player cannot continue to fulfil their representative season commitments, any refund (if applicable) will be on a pro-rata based until the first season game, less the cost of their playing shorts (which remains the property of the player). NO refunds will be issued after the first season game.
