Financial Condition of Assignee. Landlord may, as a condition to granting its consent to any proposed assignment by Tenant, require that the obligations of any assignee which is an Affiliate of another Person be guaranteed by its parent or controlling Person. Furthermore, any assignment agreement entered into by Tenant shall expressly provide that the assignee shall furnish Landlord with such financial and operational information as Landlord may request from time to time.
