FINANCIAL COVENANTS AND REPORTING. Borrower covenants and agrees that so long as this Agreement is in effect and until payment in full of all Obligations, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give their prior written consent, Borrower shall perform and comply with, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to perform and comply with, all covenants in this Section 4.
