Financial Forecast. Each of the Guarantor and the Company shall continue to work with the Purchasers and Xxxxxxx & Marsal regarding the financial forecast delivered pursuant to paragraph 6(c) of the Limited Waiver and Amendment No. 4 dated as of October 31, 2003 (including updating such financial forecast).
Financial Forecast. The Agent shall have received the three-year financial forecast of the Parent, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, and shall have determined, in its absolute discretion, that the three-year forecast is satisfactory.
Financial Forecast. As soon as available, but in no event later than 30 days after the first day of each fiscal year of MCTC occurring during the term hereof, a one-year financial forecast for MCTC which shall include, without limitation, a statement of income, a balance sheet, a statement of sources and uses of funds, capital expenditure projections and such other information as CoBank shall reasonably require.
Financial Forecast. The Agent shall have received the five-year financial forecast of Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, and shall have determined, in its absolute discretion, that the five-year forecast is satisfactory.
Financial Forecast. The Borrower shall continue to work with the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and Xxxxxxx & Marsal regarding the financial forecast delivered pursuant to paragraph 7(b) of the Limited Waiver and Amendment No. 5 dated as of October 31, 2003.
Financial Forecast. WFT will provide the Agent with a rolling two year consolidated financial forecast for WFT and its Restricted Subsidiaries within 30 days of each fiscal year end of WFT, including material assumptions, operating and capital expenditure budgets and financing plans, for delivery by the Agent to the Lenders.
Financial Forecast. On or prior to November 14, 2003, the Guarantor shall deliver to the Purchasers a pro forma cash flow forecast (monthly through fiscal year end 2005), pro forma profit and loss forecast (monthly through fiscal year end 2005) and pro forma balance sheet (monthly through fiscal year end 2005), including a detailed description of the assumptions for each such forecast, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers, for the period through fiscal year end 2005.
Financial Forecast. As soon as available, but in no event later than 90 days after the first day of each fiscal year of the Borrower, a one-year financial forecast for Mississippi One which shall include, without limitation, statements of income, balance sheets, statements of sources and uses of funds, capital expenditure projections and such other information as CoBank shall reasonably require for each such one-year period.
Financial Forecast. Table 1 shows the revenue received and expected for 2003, and received for 2004, as of 15 September, 2003. Based on revenue from (a) purse-seine vessels of more than 363 T carrying capacity on the IATTC Regional Vessel Register, at US$12.552/m3; (b) inactive vessels, at US$1.00/m3; and (c) Class 1-5 vessels, at US$1.00 to 5.00/m3, the expected surplus for 2003 should be approximately US$46,165.
Financial Forecast. Table 1 shows actual costs incurred for 2002 and the estimated costs and revenue for the IDCP forecast for 2003-2004. The estimates assume that inflation will increase general costs and salaries by 3%. The expenditure is an updated forecast of the information in Document VA-2-04. Vessel assessment revenue for 2003 and 2004 is based on the active purse-seine vessels of more than 363 T carrying capacity on the 2003 IATTC Regional Vessel Register and a rate of US$12.552/m3. The other cost recovery estimated revenue for 2003 and 2004 is based on the draft resolution endorsed by the 32nd meeting of the IRP (Appendix A), using the illustrative rates in Appendix 7 of the minutes of that meeting (Appendix B). Table 2 shows the line item detail supporting the summary of actual IDCP expenses for 2003 presented in Table 1.
