Financial Forecast. Each of the Guarantor and the Company shall continue to work with the Purchasers and Xxxxxxx & Marsal regarding the financial forecast delivered pursuant to paragraph 6(c) of the Limited Waiver and Amendment No. 4 dated as of October 31, 2003 (including updating such financial forecast).

Financial Forecast. The Agent shall have received the three-year financial forecast of the Parent, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, and shall have determined, in its absolute discretion, that the three-year forecast is satisfactory.

Financial Forecast. As soon as available, but in no event later than 90 days after the first day of each fiscal year of the Borrower, a one-year financial forecast for Mississippi One which shall include, without limitation, statements of income, balance sheets, statements of sources and uses of funds, capital expenditure projections and such other information as CoBank shall reasonably require for each such one-year period.
Financial Forecast. Table 1 shows the revenue received and expected for 2003, and received for 2004, as of 15 September, 2003. Based on revenue from (a) purse-seine vessels of more than 363 T carrying capacity on the IATTC Regional Vessel Register, at US$12.552/m3; (b) inactive vessels, at US$1.00/m3; and (c) Class 1-5 vessels, at US$1.00 to 5.00/m3, the expected surplus for 2003 should be approximately US$46,165.
