Financial Model Audits; Accuracy. 16.6.1 In connection with any adjustments made to the Financial Model, including amendments to the logic or formulae incorporated in the Financial Model under Section 16.5 (Amendments to Logic and/or Formulae), and as a condition to providing approval for any amended version of the Financial Model, Developer shall (at its own cost) deliver to the Authority an audit of such amended version of the Financial Model from an independent audit firm with nationally recognized reputation.
