Common use of FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Apollo to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Apollo, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Apollo. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xx) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiii) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Apollo to xxxx the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Apollo on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Apollo to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

(c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by ApolloHippie Camper’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applieswear; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Hippie Camper any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainswhilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it appliesby snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviiixix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xixxx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxxxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxixxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiixxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiiixxiv) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Star RV any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainswhilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it appliesby snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for toll, in respect of parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Apollo. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). An Dealer and an additional administration fee of $75 including GST per fine / infringement will apply applies to cover the costs of processing.; and (c) All loss of all Loss or damage Damage to the Vehicle, (including Vehicle arising from the loss of use of that the Vehicle - ‘demurrage’)by You, legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s any Joint Renter or any Authorised Driver where: (i) You have breached the Vehicle is damaged by any term of this Agreementwilful or reckless action; (ii) You have left there is Overhead Damage or damage to the underbody of the Vehicle regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle and third party details are provided to Dealer; (iii) the Vehicle is left unlocked or left the keys are left in the Vehicle; (iiiiv) You the keys have not been kept the keys secure securely and under your Your personal control; (ivv) You have the keys are lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (vvi) The the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water water, regardless of cause; (vivii) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (viii) You have failed failure to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed failure to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Dealer any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ixviii) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxix) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (x) Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xi) the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xii) Loss or Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the Vehicle; (xiii) the interior of the Vehicle is damaged, regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (xiv) the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear; (xv) the windscreen of the Vehicle is damaged except where You have purchased a Dealer Additional Cover and it applies; (xvi) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xvii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xviii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xix) Loss or Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1,500 including GST will apply per awning damage; (xx) costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xxi) Costs costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxii) Costs costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiii) 5.2 You, any Joint Renter and any Authorised Driver authorise Dealer to debit the credit card/s provided at the Commencement of the Rental for any of the charges and for the Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving We accept and for which You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are liable under clause 5.1 of this Agreement. 5.3 Dealer accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge administration fee on any transaction. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s Hippie Camper where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliestear; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Hippie Camper any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it appliesVehicle; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xx) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiii) Damage Costs associated with damage or accidents caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-non- refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay ApolloCheapa Xxxxx, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to ApolloCheapa Xxxxx. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by ApolloHippie Camper’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applieswear; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Hippie Camper any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it appliesVehicle; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xx) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiii) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Apollo Hippie Camper to xxxx the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Apollo Hippie Camper on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Apollo Hippie Camper to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. Note: You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Apollo authorizes Cheapa Xxxxx to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay ApolloCheapa Xxxxx, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for toll, Cheapa Xxxxx in respect of parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to ApolloCheapa Xxxxx. It is your responsibility to pay all Road Tolls. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). (c) All Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, all loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, consequential third party damage, storage and other Cheapa Xxxxx’x service charges rendered by Apollo’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement has been breached; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (viv) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicleVehicle; (viivi) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliestear; (viiivii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become awareaware or failed to follow proper operating procedures; (ixviii) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xix) The the underbody and/or and overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xix) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or our vehicle, a third party or property, including, without limitation, the following: accidents occurring off public roads, accidents occurring while backing up or parking without a guide, and damage caused by the freezing of the Vehicle’s systems. (xi) deliberate or wilful damage caused by You or Your guests; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful was driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs or reckless misconductother controlled substances; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on failure to use the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xx) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of specified fuel; (xxii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiii) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving . (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for tollby the company in respect of parking, parking and/or any other traffic violations violations, damage or extra cleaning fees incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Apollo. An additional of hire will have a AU$65.00 processing / administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processingapplied. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, motor vehicle (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), use) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costsrecovery, consequential third party damage, storage and other company service charges rendered by Apollo’s where: (i) You have breached any term condition of this Agreementagreement, and in particular Condition 2, or any special condition has been breached; (ii) You the vehicle is involved in a single vehicle incident (or not under the control of an authorised hirer at the time of loss) unless the company waives such loss to a single vehicle incident liability amount (which amount will apply in addition to the standard liability charge). A single vehicle incident is defined as any incident where the vehicle suffers loss or damage as a result of an impact with any or all objects whether animate or inanimate except another vehicle which can be fully identified and all details provided. (iii) you have left the Vehicle vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehiclevehicle; (iiiiv) You you have not kept the keys key secure and under your personal control; (ivv) You have lost, the under body or overhead of the vehicle is damaged or had the keys stolenregardless of cause when no other vehicle is involved; (vvi) The Vehicle the vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vivii) The the interior of the Vehicle vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there no other vehicle is a collision with another vehicleinvolved; (viiviii) The the tyres of the Vehicle vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applieswear; (viiiix) You the vehicle or any third party property is damaged by driving it under or into an object lower than the height of the vehicle; (x) you have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo the company any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have you become aware; (ixxi) The Vehicle the vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, other than normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property;wear. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by ApolloCheapa Campa’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement ; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies or there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainswhilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except or where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies. A minimum fee of $1500 will apply per awning damage; (xviixviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviiixix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xixxx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxxxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxixxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiixxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiiixxiv) Damage Costs associated with damage or accidents caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s Apollo where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainswhilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it appliesby snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1,500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviiixix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xixxx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxxxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxixxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiixxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiiixxiv) Damage Costs associated with damage or accidents caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCardMastercard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. Note: You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Apollo authorizes Cheapa Xxxxx to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay ApolloCheapa Xxxxx, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for Cheapa Xxxxx in respect of toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to ApolloCheapa Xxxxx. It is your responsibility to pay all Road Tolls. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). (c) All Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, all loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, consequential third party damage, storage and other Cheapa Xxxxx’x service charges rendered by Apollo’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement has been breached; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (viv) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicleVehicle; (viivi) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliestear; (viiivii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become awareaware or failed to follow proper operating procedures; (ixviii) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xix) The the underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xix) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or our vehicle, a third party or property, including, without limitation, the following: accidents occurring off public roads, accidents occurring while backing up or parking without a guide, and damage caused by the freezing of the Vehicle’s systems. An Dealer and an additional administration fee of $75 including GST per fine / infringement will apply applies to cover the costs of processing.; and (c) All loss of all Loss or damage Damage to the Vehicle, (including Vehicle arising from the loss of use of that the Vehicle - ‘demurrage’)by You, legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Apollo’s any Joint Renter or any Authorised Driver where: (i) You have breached the Vehicle is damaged by any term of this Agreementwilful or reckless action; (ii) You have left there is Overhead Damage or damage to the underbody of the Vehicle regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle and third party details are provided to Dealer; (iii) the Vehicle is left unlocked or left the keys are left in the Vehicle; (iiiiv) You the keys have not been kept the keys secure securely and under your Your personal control; (ivv) You have the keys are lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (vvi) The the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water water, regardless of cause; (vivii) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (viii) You have failed failure to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed failure to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Dealer any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ixviii) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies; (xvii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviii) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xix) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxix) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (x) Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xi) the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xii) Loss or Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the Vehicle; (xiii) the interior of the Vehicle is damaged, regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (xiv) the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear, except where You have purchased Liability Reduction or an Additional Cover and it applies; (xv) the windscreen of the Vehicle is damaged except where You have purchased Liability Reduction or an Additional Cover and it applies; (xvi) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xvii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xviii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xix) Loss or Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by ApolloCheapa Campa’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement ; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Waiver Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies or there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Waiver and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainswhilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle except or where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies. A minimum fee of $1500 will apply per awning damage; (xviixviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xviiixix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xixxx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxxxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxixxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiixxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiiixxiv) Damage Costs associated with damage or accidents caused by falling asleep whilst driving driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe may be used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx to xxxx the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Apollo Cheapa Xxxxx to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Apollo to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Apollo, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Apollo for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Apollo. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing.
