Financial Records and Separate Accounting. ‌ The School shall record all financial transactions in general, appropriations, and revenue and expenditures records. In addition, the School shall make appropriate entries from the adopted budgets in the records for the respective funds, and shall maintain separate ledgers accounting for funds by funding source. Accounts must be reconciled on a monthly basis.
