Common use of Financing Documents Clause in Contracts

Financing Documents. Administrative Agent shall have received true, correct and complete copies of the following documents, each of which shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the parties thereto: (i) this Agreement; (ii) the Depositary Agreement; (iii) the Pledge and Security Agreement; (iv) the Intercreditor Agreement; (v) the Fee Letters; and (vi) the Collateral Agency Appointment Agreement.

Financing Documents. Administrative Agent shall have received true, correct and complete copies of the following documents, each of which shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the parties thereto: (i) this Agreement; (ii) an amendment to the Depositary Pledge and Security Agreement;; and (iii) the Pledge and Security Agreement; (iv) the Intercreditor Agreement; (v) the Fee Letters; and (vi) the Collateral Agency Appointment Agreement.
